We love Petworks! Monique was literally the first person other than the two of us who our puppy ever met after we brought her back from the shelter, and our puppy has been smitten ever since. Her leash behavior has improved noticeably since we started using Petworks, and we feel great knowing she has something to look forward to when we're at work. Monique has also been flexible when we've been sick or had weeknight engagements or trips, switching up our schedule or the planned activities, helping feed our puppy, etc., sometimes at the last minute. She even took care of her and my parents' dog for our wedding, picking up and dropping off at our house, which gave us a lot of peace of mind during an otherwise hectic time. Petworks has been walking our dog for 2 years now. The service has been reliable and consistent throughout. My wife always gets updates when the walk is done. We have also used Petworks to dog-sit for us when we travel and once again the service has been great.
Petworks has been such a great support to our family, making sure our dog Annie got out 2-3 days a week for about 6 months. Monique is reliable, a good communicator, and very flexible. I wish we could keep having her be our dog-walker but we are moving away. She's a REAL gem!
Petworks has been dog sitting for our two Yorkies, Peter and Erik, for close to two years and they have stayed with her more than 10 times over that period. We would never want them to stay anywhere else. To be honest, our little boys can be somewhat of a handful (Peter can be a bit nippy with strangers), but Monique was able to immediately build a bond and trust. In fact, my wife and I are sometimes a little disappointed when they go to stay with her because they are a little too excited to see Mom #2 ;) That said, after having gone through numerous sitters (and stressed out pups when we get home), it has been awesome to see that the boys have had a great time while we were away. I have two middle-aged cats who do a LOT better if they can stay home when I travel, so having daily check-in visits makes my life easier, makes the kitties happier, and costs me a lot less than boarding them. Monique, Janna, and Jen have all done check-ins, and I have a great gallery of photos they texted with their reports! Monique makes it easy. Her process and paperwork are clear, she responds promptly to my e-mails, and her invoicing is hassle-free. I look forward to working with Petworks again!
Monique is wonderful, and has been caring for and walking Ollie for almost a year now. She has been a loving, caring and patient companion for Ollie. He is not able to go to dog parks or walk in groups of dogs because he can be leash aggressive and gets into all sorts of mischief! This spring he also lost his sister of 8 years, Cocoa :(. The owner of Petworks is one of the kindest and most animal-intuitive people I have ever met. I became aware of her services when she worked at the veterinary clinic I took my cat to. My beloved cat lived with me in Seattle for 5 years before he passed away, and Monique was my trusted sitter for that entire time. She was a literal angel (trying not to sound too cheesy!) who truly loved my cat and would do anything for him. As he got older and sicker, she carefully administered his medication and tended to his complicated needs. I felt confident that he was very well looked after and completely safe in her care. Animals (and humans!) are clearly drawn to her and love being around her. Petworks is an amazing service. I use them to check-in on my cat whenever I go on vacation.
Their portal makes it easy to schedule and manage visits, their policies make me feel extremely secure about having them visit my home, and the employees are amazing animal-loving people. I would definitely recommend this service as I’ve been using them since 2019. I don’t have a dog myself (only a cat), but I suspect the service is equally as high-quality for walking/watching dogs.

Petworks has been a lifesaver! We've used their boarding and dog walking services over the past year. From booking to payment to dog care, it was flawless. When my daughter was born, Monique (Petworks owner) was super flexible and picked up our pup for boarding while we were at the hospital. She was gracious in accommodating him for a few more nights than we anticipated and made the transition home easy. Our pup has loved every dog walker as well and he's a shy guy.
