What types of pets do we work with?

We accept all breeds and temperaments of dogs and cats without a history of aggressive behavior toward humans. We work with all ages and energy levels, tailoring each visit according to their needs. 

how many dogs do we walk at a time?

We offer private walks with no more than three dogs from the same household or with a neighbor of similar size and temperament. 

What Does Boarding with Petworks look like?

Monique and her partner offer boarding in their home located in West Seattle. When she is not walking dogs, Monique is at home providing constant care for her boarding clients in a free roam environment with plenty of room to run and play in a large, fully fenced yard. Evenings are usually spent reading or watching movies on the couch with lots of puppy cuddles. She generally boards only 1-2 highly vetted guests at a time in order to provide a fun, relaxed, safe stay with plenty of one-on-one time.

what are our qualifications?

Each team member has extensive professional animal handling experience and training in Pet First Aid and CPR. We are licensed in the State of Washington, insured and bonded through the National Association of Professional Pet Sitters and The Business Insurers of the Carolinas

what is our policy on home access?

If keys are required to enter, our security protocol requires that a lockbox is kept on the property containing all keys and fobs needed for access. To ensure we are able to efficiently care for each pet on a timely schedule, we are not able to rely on apartment leasing offices or remote call boxes. All entry and lockbox codes are securely stored in your account.

can we administer medication?

At no extra cost we are happy to administer any medication that does not legally require an LVT or DVM license. 

Can a reservation be made for a specific time?

To account for travel time between clients, we offer morning visits generally between 9am-12pm, and midday visits between 12pm-3pm which you can reserve online 24/7.

What is our payment process?

We accept all major credit or debit cards which are securely stored in your account. Payment is automatically processed at the end of each scheduled week and an itemized invoice for each service is accessible in your client portal. 

What are our hours?

Our visiting hours are 9am-3pm Monday-Friday. Pick up and drop off for boarding may be scheduled on weekends between 9am-3pm based on availability.
